The App does not collect or use any personal information from its users when capturing or processing photos of the feet. The only data collected is the image of the feet for the purpose of analysis, which does not contain personally identifiable information.
2. How We Use Your Information
The photos you upload are used solely to analyze and detect foot conditions using artificial intelligence. No personal information is used or shared when capturing photos of the feet. The findings are generated for informational purposes and are not intended to replace a professional medical diagnosis.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share or sell your personal information because no personal information is collected. However, images used for analysis may be stored temporarily on secure servers for processing purposes and future model improvement, without linking them to any personal information.
4. Data Security
We take appropriate measures to protect the photos and data you provide from unauthorized access or disclosure. The photos saved are anonymized, so there is no way for anyone (except Admin) to associate any identity with the photo. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Accuracy and Disclaimer
The findings of foot conditions generated by the App must always be verified by a Healthcare Professional. The App’s results may not always be accurate and may vary based on several factors, such as the quality of the image provided. The App’s findings are for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional healthcare advice.
